Product Engineer

The role

Make the software around our agents clear and useful. You’ll build across the interface and its supporting services, with particular attention to what a user needs to understand, decide, or correct when an automated workflow is running.

What you’ll do

• Build review queues, approval flows, and tools for investigating the records behind a result.
• Design interfaces that clearly distinguish work in progress, completed work, and items needing attention.
• Implement the APIs and data models that support the experience, including permissions and updates.
• Take care of the details: keyboard access, small screens, empty states, and useful error messages.
• Watch how people use a release and improve the parts that slow them down or cause confusion.

What you bring

• Experience delivering a product feature across the frontend and backend.
• Strong web development skills, with React and TypeScript or comparable tools.
• Sound product judgment and the ability to explain a design choice in terms of the user’s task.
• Ownership of software after launch, including investigating bugs and supporting the people using it.

Experience with operational tools, complex tables, accessible interfaces, or live status updates would translate well.
