The role
You’ll work where the client’s process meets the software. Learn how people do the work, decide what an agent can take on, and build with the people who will use it. You’ll stay close enough to the rollout to see what needs to change.
What you’ll do
- Interview process owners and follow real examples through their systems, including exceptions and manual workarounds.
- Scope a useful first deployment with clear inputs, boundaries, and a way to measure whether it helps.
- Build prototypes and integrations, test them against real cases, and work with engineering to release them.
- Explain the choices and tradeoffs to both business leaders and the people doing the daily work.
- Help users get started, gather feedback, and turn what you learn into the next improvement.
What you bring
- Experience owning a technical project with business users, from an unclear problem through delivery.
- The ability to build with Python or TypeScript, work with APIs and data, and debug a failing workflow.
- Practical experience with LLM applications and ways to evaluate their behavior.
- Clear writing, careful listening, and the confidence to question a requirement when the evidence calls for it.
A background in implementation, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or building your own product can all be relevant.
About Olypsis
Olypsis identifies where AI can grow a business and builds custom agents to execute its playbooks. We work with clients to understand the process, build the software, and keep improving it once it is running.
