The role
Be the person a client can rely on once a workflow goes live. You’ll understand their goals, help their team use the system, and keep a clear view of what is working and what needs attention.
What you’ll do
- Help clients move from an initial deployment to regular use, with clear guidance and follow-up.
- Agree on useful measures with the client and report progress using evidence from their workflow.
- Coordinate questions and issues with engineering, keeping the client informed through resolution.
- Maintain a shared record of priorities, open decisions, and commitments.
- Identify additional work worth exploring and bring specific user feedback into product discussions.
What you bring
- Experience managing client relationships in software, implementation, or professional services.
- The ability to earn trust with both business leaders and day-to-day users.
- Comfort interpreting usage and outcome data, including recognizing when a claim needs more evidence.
- Strong organization, clear communication, and a record of following through when something goes wrong.
Experience helping teams adopt a new workflow, or supporting products with integrations and automation, would be useful.
